About the role

What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with their industrial and specialty needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organised
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Completing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
- Participating in inventory management and stock takes
- Supporting the overall operations of the store as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the industrial industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
